The first batch of Army Skill Training Centre (ASTC), Palampur successfully passed out for Self Employed Tailoring and Assistant Beauty Therapist Courses. 37 dependents of serving defence personnel and ESMs have completed the course. They were felicitated by the Convener, Family Welfare Organisation, 39 Mountain Division who presented them certificates of completion and startup kits. She congratulated them on their achievement and inspired them to pursue their dreams.
She motivated them to leverage their skills and utilise them meaningfully as they stride ahead on path of empowerment and financial independence. The ASTC, Palampur remains resolute in its commitment to provide sustainable and viable platforms of economic empowerment and self-reliance to families and dependents of our Soldiers, Veer Naris and ESMs.
