The High Court on Friday ordered that its name should be reflected as The High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh.
It has ordered this name should be used instead of Jammu and Kashmir High Court.
It defines the jurisdiction of the High Court over the two Union territories of J&K and Ladakh.
