Says Apni Party has a vision for a better future for the younger generation, Jibran Dar persuades young political and social activists to join Apni Party

Srinagar, June 25: Apni Party’s Senior Vice President Ghulam Hassan Mir on Thursday said that “Instead of being shown a path to progress and growth, our youth were fed a destructive narrative that led many of them to jails or graveyards over the years and decades.”

He further said, “Apni Party has a vision and a narrative that will guide our younger generation toward peace, prosperity, and growth, while ensuring a brighter future for them.”

Ghulam Hassan Mir made these remarks today while addressing a party event at the party headquarters.

This event was organised to give a warm welcome to a group of youngesters into the party fold. This joining was persuaded by Jibran Dar, Provincial President for the party’s Youth Wing.

In this regard a party statement issued here reads: “Jibran Dar launched a major outreach and enrolment campaign, inviting the youth of Kashmir to join the Apni Party under the leadership of Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari. The initiative received an overwhelming response, with more than 2,200 young people registering to become part of the movement, reflecting the growing trust and enthusiasm among the Kashmir’s youth.”

Welcoming the young members into party fold Jibran Dar said, “The youth must seize this opportunity with seriousness and commitment, dedicating themselves to the welfare and progress of the people. Greater participation of young people in politics will strengthen transparency, accountability, and justice, helping build a more responsive and people-centric political system.”

Among the prominent political and social activists who joined the party at today’s event were Adil Kumar, Sofi Waris, Adnan Hakeem, Omar Mukhtar, Zubair Gani, Sameer Reshi, Mehran, and several others.

During the event, all these new members were given a warm welcome into the party fold.
