Srinagar , October 30 :
Two hardcore militants of Jaish-e-Mohammad have been killed in a day-long encounter in militancy infested Tral area in south Kashmir that concluded on Tuesday evening .
The police have recovered two bodies , but could not identify them because they were half-burnt. “ We will let you know if there is any confirmation about their identity.”
The encounter had started in the morning and it continued till late evening .
“ The operation is almost over. We have recovered two bodies and some weaponry ,” a senior police officer said . He told JKNT that the operation was a success.
