Srinagar, August 14:
Two police Personnel killed and one injured in an attack by the militants on the security forces at Nowgam bypass in Kashmir on Friday morning, a day ahead of Independence day.
Militants attacked security forces in Nowgam, in which three cops were injured, out of which two succumbs to their injuries.
Suspected militants on fired upon the police party near Nowgam bypass in Central Kashmir’s Srinagar district this morning.
In this incident two cops were injured, who were shifted to nearby hospital for treatment.
Meanwhile whole area has been cordoned off to nab the militants
