Jammu, July 19: Mata Vaishno Devi yatra is going on through traditional Sanjhi Chhat route and is suspended on Battery car route due to shooting stones and apprehension of more.
The Shrine Board sources told JK News Today , “Yatra on the Battery Car track was suspended last night due to inclement weather conditions and apprehensions of shooting stones and landslides. Clearance work is underway to clear the debris accumulated on the track and the field teams are closely monitoring the situation. However, Yatra is progressing smoothly through the traditional Sanjhi Chatt track.”
The helicopter service is also suspended due to inclement weather
