An agitating youth today attempted self immolation at Nowshera in favour of their demand for separate Additional DC.

Sources informed that this afternoon during ongoing protest, suddenly a youth sprinkled kerosene on his body and attempted self immolation, but the fellow protestors saved him timely.
They added that amid ongoing agitation, the protester who attempted self immolation is yet to be identified and he has been shifted to nearby hospital.
It is worth mentioning that the agitation of Nowshera demanding separate ADC and district status has crossed a month.
