SRINAGAR, July 20:
Seven people — including two each from Srinagar and Pulwama, one each from Baramulla, Budgam and Jammu — died due to COVID-19 since late Sunday evening, talking the death toll due to the virus in the Union Territory of J&K to 249.
With these deaths, 216 people have lost their lives due to infection in 46 days, and 236 people in 60 day in J&K, where 701 new positive cases were reported on Sunday, taking the total number of infected persons to 13,899.
