Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah has lauded Cabinet decisions taken on Wednesday under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

In a series of tweets, Amit Shah said “Connectivity for all is Modi govt’s priority. Today, PM Narendra Modi cabinet has

approved a project for saturation of 4G mobile services in uncovered villages at a total cost of ₹26316 crores to provide 4G mobile services in 24680 uncovered villages in remote & difficult areas.”

Union Home Minister said “In another important decision, the Union Cabinet chaired by PM Shri Narendra Modi Ji approved the revival package of BSNL amounting to ₹1.64 Lakh crores. This will help BSNL to improve the quality of their existing services, roll out 4G services and become financially viable.”

Shah said that “India will host its first-ever FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup in October 2022. Today, PM Narendra Modi Ji has approved the Signing of Guarantees for hosting FIFA WC. This will surely inspire more girls to play football and increase their representation in sports leadership.”
