In reference to the news item “Several hundred school principals transferred in Jammu division”, the Administrative Secretary to School Education BK Singh has clarified that “this is only a tentative list”.
He told JK News Today that This is only a tentative list for soliciting objections from applicant principals. “It is based on their request in an online form submitted by them. After consideration of objections, final transfer list will be published,” the Administrative Secretary said
Around 135 requests were received for transfer and about 35 have been considered for transfers.
The process of transfers is under consideration and the final list is expected soon.
