Students of G.G.M. Science College Students Union helds protest demonstration against the University demanding change in recently released examination date sheet by the University
Leading the protest Vikram Singh Chib said that a Semester is of minimum 6 months class work , “but now here in college there was only 30-35 days of class work which was totally against the semester system.”
Vikram said that in one month of class work, teachers were not able to finish the syllabus. Students were suffering due to incomplete syllabus
Students further demanded that there must be minimum 4 months of class work so that students and the teachers get on to the syllabus completed. Therefore, the exam date sheet of undergraduate courses should be postponed so that the teachers and students get time to complete the syllabus.
“we continue our protest against the university until our demands are met,” Vikram said
