In its ongoing efforts to support the administration in the fight against COVID, Godfrey Phillips India Ltd. today handed over 25000 masks and 600 hand sanitizers to District Commissioner Bandipora, Dr. Owais Ahmad (IAS) for distribution among masses.
GPI, one of the top FMCG players in the region has been proactively coming forward to support social causes, more so in recent times considering big efforts are required in the fight against COVID.
DC, Bandipora, Dr. Owais Ahmad (IAS) who has been spearheading the administrative efforts against COVID in Bandipora district expressed his gratitude to the GPI Team consisting of Mr. Javid Ahmad- ASM Kashmir Valley and Mr. Abdul Qayoom Manknoo- Distributor GPI Barmaulla/Bandipora for coming forward to contribute to the cause.
GPI has been contributing COVID protective equipment and other supplies across the country since the beginning of the pandemic last year and it’s efforts have been widely hailed across the region.
