Due to bad weather conditions, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board (SMVDSB) have ordered to end the registration for pilgrimage at 5 pm today and also stopped the yatra from new route.
Additional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Shrine Board, Dr Piyush Singla said, “We have taken the decision to stop the registration for pilgrimage 5 pm in the evening and now it will start in the morning. The decision will continue till further orders.”
He added that the yatra from the new route, which is vulnerable to landslides and shooting stones has also been stopped till further orders.
