Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti while expressing shock and grief over the passing away of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, J. Jayalalithaa, described the late leader as an “ example personified of women empowerment.”
In her condolence message, Mehbooba Mufti said , Jayalalitha “ brought a unique style to country’s politics.”
The Chief Minister described Jayalalithaa as a leader of masses who would be remembered long for introducing many innovative schemes and programmes for public welfare.
She said the late leader was one of the highly learned politicians of the country.
In her condolence message to the newly elected Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, O. Panneerselvam, the Chief Minister said J. Jayalalithaa was an example personified of women empowerment who brought a unique style to country’s politics.
She has also prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul of the late leader.
