Jammu, May 9 The solitary oxygen plant in Kathua broke down suddenly on Sunday evening storring panic among the people fearing that it may cause oxygen shortage in the days to come.
Concerned over the breaking down of the oxygen plant in Kathua , Minister of State in PMO, Dr. Jitendra Singh tweeted : “ From Kathua I received information this evening that the solitary oxygen plant has suddenly broken down and caused panic in public about the potential shortage of Oxygen in the days to come.”
Dr. Jitendra Singh said that he was in touch with the local administration and his office is continuously following it up with Deputy Commissioner Kathua, Rahul Yadav and his team.
The minister who represents Kathua, along with five other districts of Doda-Udhampur constituency said that the DC Kathua and his team have been urged to find an alternative source of Oxygen without losing time and reach out to his office immediately whenever and at whatever level their intervention is required.
