The People’s Alliance for Gupkar Declaration registered victory in Ganderbal and Pulwama districts in Kashmir Valley on Wednesday in a morale boosting development for the NC and PDP
PDP’Syed Bari Andrabi and NC’s Mukhtar Ahmad Bhand were elected as Chairman and vice chairman in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
National Conference ‘s Nuzhat Ishfaq was elected as Chairman and PDP’s Bilal Ahmad Shah won the post of vice chairman in central Kashmir district of Ganderbal.
