Two terrorists belonging to Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) group were killed in an encounter with security forces led by Jammu and Kashmir Police.
One identified as Umar Mustaq Khandey who was involved in killing two JKP personnel besides several other terror crimes. Second terrorist is Shaheed Khurshid of Srinagar city who was involved in recent civilian killings in the city.
After civilian killings Shahid Khurshid and Shahid Bashir shifted to Pulwama district and Mukhtar to Shopian district. These two terrorists of srinagar city and one of Ganderbal got killed in recent encounters.
