Srinagar, September 28 Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be arriving in Kashmir for the first time since abrogation of Article 370 in August 2019 to lay out his vision on Kashmir and strengthening of bridges between the Valley and the rest of the country.
BJP unit in Kashmir is making all arrangements along with the UT administration to make PM’s rally, likely to be held in December- January , a big success.
