Jammu, March 16 ( JKNT) : Prime Minister Narendra Modi is biggest contender for the Nobel Peace Prize of this year because of his major contribution in fostering peace between the nations especially in his consistent attempts to end the Russian-Ukraine conflict.
Deputy leader of the Nobel Prize Committee Asoe Toje stated on Wednesday that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is the biggest contender for the Nobel Peace Prize . He made it a point to note that because of Modi’s policies , India has become a rich and powerful country.
Calling India a legacy of peace, Asle Toje said “India is destined to be a superpower. Further, he said PM Modi is the most trusted leader for stopping war and only he can establish peace.”
Every leader in the world should work for peace and a powerful leader like Narendra Modi has much more ability to do so, he added.
Asle Toje is the deputy leader of the Norwegian Nobel committee. It is the committee that decides the Nobel Peace prize winner. The committee has arrived in India and in one of the interviews with ABP News, Asle Toje said PM Modi is one of the most reliable faces of peace in the world.
Asle Toje also added that India plays a vital role in halting the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war.
PM Modi is a leader who not only takes care of uplifting India and its economy but also contributes and participates in matters around the globe.
