Jammu/ Srinagar, September 19: Ahead of his first election rally in Srinagar today, Prime Minister Narendra Modi posted a message of looking forward to his visit and rallies .
He also hailed the enthusiastic participation of people in the voting in first phase which was held in south Kashmir and Chenab Valley on Wednesday.
