Principal of Maharaja Hari Singh Agricultural Collegiate (MHAC) Nagbani, Alok Betab, who has been booked for making attempts of outraging the modesty of a female PRT teacher in past is now under the scanner for selling the school property.
A criminal case u/s 419, 420, 467, 471, 3/16 Forest act stands registered at Police Station Domana against the controversial Principal Nagbani School, Alok Betab when two truck loads of timber were seized from a private Bend Saw fell and stolen from the Nagbani School on the directions of Principal.
It is to pertinent to mention here that this is the third criminal case registered against the principal against whom a case of sexual harassment and a case under IT act for violation of privacy of an individual stands registered.
If the sources are to be believed, the principal has earlier also misused his position and power thereby misappropriated school /public property. Sources alleged that the principal is having an influence on DAV as the DAV authorities who are managing the school have not yet transferred the Principal despite such serious allegations and even after three criminal cases registered against him.
