Jammu, August 20: Senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will arrive in Jammu tomorrow on the first leg of his two- day visit of Jammu and Kashmir to assess the party’s position ahead of the Assembly polls which are scheduled to be held next month after a gap of 10 years.
Rahul, the party sources, said will also explore possibilities of pre- poll alliance with National Conference.
