Srinagar, May 25: With overcast conditions, most parts of Kashmir valley and many areas of Jammu region are expected to receive light showers today.
Rain is expected to decrease in Jammu region in the evening.
Giving details, IMD officials said that showers are expected in most areas of Kashmir Valley and some areas of Jammu region till evening. “In the coming hours, rain is likely to decrease in Jammu, Samba, and Kathua districts. Overall, no major weather activity is expected today and no continuous rainfall will be there,” the official said.
Heavy rain lashed both Jammu region and Kashmir valley yesterday and during the night there was no rainfall. But since morning it has started raining again in many parts of this union territory.
