POLICE PREPARING STUDENTS & YOUTH TO SAVE PRECIOUS LIVES IN HOURS OF DISASTER : SSP SAMBA BENAM TOSH

Samba, September 16 : Police today organised impressive seminar on disaster management under Civic Action Programme at Govt. Degree College, Ghagwal in Samba district where hundreds of students of several Govt. & private schools, parents, teachers, prominent citizens, PRIs and police officers witnessed the seminar.
SSP Samba Benam Tosh, Additional SP Samba Surinder Choudhary, Deputy SP Garu Ram, SHO Police Station Ghagwal Bharat Bhushan and Incharge Police Post Rajpura SI Hardev Singh presented certificates and cash rewards of rupees 10000.00, 6000.00 and 4000.00 to the first, second and third best student speakers namely Nandini Sharma of Govt. Higher Secondary School Ghagwal, Dimanshi Sharma of Jyoti High School Jatwal and Akriti Pandgotra of Govt. Girls High School Ghagwal respectively whereas five other student speakers who received certificates & cash rewards of rupees 2000.00 each were : Samiksha Sharma of Tagore Institute of Education Harsath Ghagwal, Rudrakshi Sharma of Unique Public Higher Secondary School Jatwal, Anju Devi of Govt. Degree College Ghagwal, Sudershan Dakuya of Govt. Higher Secondary School Ghagwal and Ritika Baboria of Modern Educational Institute Ghagwal.
