Srinagar, October 27: On  111th day of  shutdown, miscreants  hurled petrol bombs at   vendors selling clothes and fruits near   hospital in the north Kashmir town of Sopore, and torched two  vehicles in the summer capital city of Srinagar on Thursday to  discourage the  emerging signs of normalcy in the Kashmir Valley.

The police said that the miscreants torched an autorickhaw in Saidpora and a truck at Parimpora in Srinagar  on Thursday morning and in the afternoon, they  hurled petrol bombs  at the vendors. The vehicles  and vending carts  suffered massive  damage.

The miscreants have been trying to  target schools  and the vehicles to discourage the people from resuming the  normal life.
