Thousands of youth have lined up at Government Medical College , Jammu , for 313 posts advertised by the hospital to take care of Covid-19 patients .
Jammu GMC has become an epicenter of deaths due to Coronavirus. On an average 15 people have died on daily basis for the past few weeks.
It may be recalled that the doctors and staff of the GMC is showing indifference to their work , this matter has been brought to the senior doctors do not show up regularly and the junior staff is overworked and unable to handle the Covid-19 cases.
That made the GMC to advertise the posts.
It needs to be stressed that Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha had asked the senior faculty members to act and undertake regular rounds of Covid-19 wards.
