Srinagar, April 13: Srinagar police yesterday arrested three drug peddlers in Srinagar city and recovered 370 bottles of Codeine Phosphate.
Giving details, police said that in the jurisdiction of police station Safakadal, police laid a special check post and nabbed three people who were carrying drugs with them in a car.
“They were identified as Junaid Mir of Gulshanabad, Mehjoor Nagar, Mukhtar Sheikh and Touseef Sheikh, both residents of Kanihama Nowgam,” police said.
A case in this regard has been registered in police station Safakadal and the car was also seized.
