Two yatris died while 6 others got injured as vehicle they were travelling rolled down the road near toll post Qazigund.
Sources said that Guarav Brar @ Gori resident of Ludiana and Vinod Kumar s/o Surrinder Kumar R/o Ludhiana died on spot while Ravinder Kumar son of Ram Javeen Satyam Raina son of Sarvan Raina, Sukhbeer Singh son of Hardev Singh Patiala, Ashu Talwar son of Kameet Talwar resident of Haryana, Govinder Singh son of Jitander Singh and Rajesh Kumar son of Sarveen Kumar residents of Ludhiana Punjab got injured and have been shifted to hospital for treatment.
With these, the death toll in this year’s pilgrimage — which began on 28 June — has gone up to 17.
