The joint forces have killed two terrorists in an encounter in Kralkhud in Handwara in north west Kashmir district of Kupwara on Wednesday evening.
An army spokesperson said,
Op Ganipora, Kralgund, Handwara. Joint operation was launched today late evening in the orchards of Ganipora. Cordon was laid and contact established. Firefight ensued. Two terrorists eliminated. Joint operation in progress.
