In an article due to be published on July 27 the former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister said the he will not contest Assembly elections till J&K is a Union Territory (UT).
National English daily Indian Express tweeted today that National Conference Vice President Omar Abdullah writing for first time since August 05, 2019 says, “While J&K remains Union Territory, I will not contest Assembly Election….. “
The article is to be published in the newspaper on July 27.
