The Kashmir valley among other hilly districts of Jammu and Kashmir rameined cut off from rest of the counry for the second consecutive day opf Saturday.
The continuous rain and snow in the state since Friday morning leads to cause landslides on the Jammu-srinagar, Jammu Bharderwah, and Jammu- Kishtwar highways.
More than one thousand vehicles are stranded at different point enroute.
