Jammu, December 25:Army Public School organized third alumni meet for its ex-students at school premises in Udhampur.

Almost 100 ex-students from all over  India and abroad took part in the event, which was conducted in the school’s  Maj Shatrujeet Auditorium. It is pertinent to mention here that students who have passed out this prestigious institution are excelling in their professional lives ranging from Indian Army , Administrative services , Police , technical, Education and various other fields.

The event started with welcome song followed by a beautiful cultural presentation by the students of the  school.

Ex- students also presented their presentations in the form of songs, jokes , dances etc. One the oldest alumni Dr Rippy Bawa, Ph D, Assistant Professor English, Govt Degree collage Udhampur shared her school days with all the alumni gathered for the event. She appreciated the efforts taken by the school for organizing this special event for the ex students for third consecutive year. She requested the Principal that a friendly match be organized on such occasion so that a feel of their old school days can be lived once again. Speaking on the occasion Principal Army Public School , Udhampur, asked the alumni, whom he described as the ‘Brand Ambassadors”  of the school  to keep connected with the school. He also gave a brief note on the various achievements of the school during last one year and assured the alumni that school has targets  many more achievements in future. He thanked all the alumni present on occasion and hoped that more alumni will be present on the  next alumni meet.
