As per communiqué received from Chief Engineer, Electric, Maintenance & RE Wing, Jammu, the metered feeders of Jammu city and Udhampur town will not face any curtailment during the ongoing winter season 2016-17.
Although, the un-metered feeders in rural areas will face curtailment of 8 hours daily viz. 3 hours between 5 am to 11 am, 2 hours between 1 pm to 5 pm and 3 hours between 5 pm to 11 pm. Moreover, all the essential loads will not be affected during the curtailment hours.
