Jammu, May 01: The Supreme Court of India slammed petitioners seeking judicial probe into Pahalgam massacre of April 22, asking them, “ Do you want to demoralise security forces.”
The petitions pleaded that terror attack in Pahalgam last week in which 26 , mostly tourists, were killed , qualified for a judicial probe .
The Supreme Court on Thursday refused to entertain a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) seeking a judicial probe into the recent terrorist attack in Pahalgam, cautioning against actions that could demoralise the armed forces.
