The annual technical festival – Titiksha, which was inaugurated by the Hon’ble Governor of J&K State  N.N. Vohra, concluded at SMVDU on yesterday in the Matrika Auditorium. The festival witnessed more than 100 enthralling technical events like Chimera, Robo Disarmer, Robo Soccer, Forensics, etc..

The main highlights of the festival were Entrepreneurial Talks, organized through the events, to motivate SMVDU fraternity about entrepreneurship.  Balaji Viswanathan, the most followed person on Quora in the World and CEO Invento Tech; Dr. Pawan Agrawal, the noted researcher on the Mumbai Dabbawallas and a Motivational Speaker and  Ritesh Agarwal, CEO, Oyo Rooms shared their views with the Jam packed audience in the Matrika Auditorium.

During the festival, the 3rd International Conference on Recent Trends and Advancements in Engineering and Technology was also organized successfully in which papers from more than 5 different countries were presented.

Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Dr. Sanjeev Jain conveyed his best wishes and congratulations to the hard work put in by the Team Titiksha. Dr. Rakesh Jha President, Board for Professional Activities presented the report on the activities conducted during the three days festival. The prizes for the Mega Events were given away by Dr. Yugal Khajuria [Dean of Students] and Dr. Varun K. Tripathi.  Chetanya Gupta presented vote of thanks in the valedictory ceremony and thanked the University Fraternity and sponsors: SMVDU-TBIC, Masterprep, Narayana Hospital, Fodel, Dominos, Royal Furnishers, HelloJi.com, Krishna Fast Food, Roshan Electric Works and  FlyFot.

The festival concluded with a musical bonanza by Hardy Sandhu, a famous singer, in the pro nite.
